Union Election Simulation

Students take on various roles for a Town Hall to discuss whether workers at a neighborhood coffee shop should vote to be a union. The simulation is based the most recent wave of organizing by service workers across the nation. Student groups develop characters, engage in dialogue, and decide whether going union is the right choice. You can access the curriculum here.
